Clinic: 12:00-4:00pm

Date: Fri. Mar 12th
Check-in: 4:00-4:30pm
Clinic: 4:30-7:30pm

Coaching Staff

Cost: $20

What to expect:
1) Quality throws experience.
2) Hands-on instruction on proper throwing technique and drills.
3) Rotational discus and glide and/or rotational shot put instruction.
4) Video analysis of throws.
5) Instruction on plyometric and strength training for throws.
6) Grand View Throws Clinic T-shirt.

What to bring:
Indoor shot put and discus for use in clinic drills. Check with your high school about borrowing one. Wear athletic clothes and shoes. Bring throwing shoes if you have them.

Advanced Throwers: There will be a session for advanced throwers from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Feb 7th and Mar 13th ONLY. Application to advanced session does not guarauntee acceptance.You will receive more individualized coaching and more time throwing in this session. Cost is the same as regular session. To apply, indicate interest on registration, coach Roberson will notify you by email if you are accepted as an Advanced Thrower.
